Almond
Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E, as well as, manganese, magnesium, copper, riboflavin and phosphorous.

Aloe Vera
Has 75 nutrients including 8-essential amino acids and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E. Noted for its healing properties.

Avocado
