Absolutely Natural is an easy New Year’s Resolution

It’s that time again. A new day, a fresh page on the calendar; goodbye 2013 and hello 2014!

Now, you can go ahead and make the typical New Year’s Resolutions … lose weight, stop smoking, quit drinking, take up Yoga, build a model of the Great Wall of China with dried macaroni.

But you and I both know those are hard to keep and often last just a few days.

I have a better idea this year; one that will bear immediate results, make you look and feel great and add years to your life. This year’s resolution should be to eliminate the toxins you are putting on your skin, in your hair and into your bloodstream. Eliminate the chemicals that can generate free radicals that, in turn, can destroy healthy blood cells. Take parabens, sulfates and phthalates out of your life as all have toxicity potential and have been linked to cancers. Throw away the chemical sunscreens that are so chock full of estrogen and potentially harmful.

Do away with the creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, scrubs, hand sanitizers, aloes and other “beauty aids” that are built with cheap fillers, high amounts of alcohol, petroleum distillates, silicones, mineral oils, lanolin and other cheap materials. This results in products that are drying to the skin, scalp and hair.

Now, repeat after me, “I, (your name here) resolve to improve my health, get great looking hair and skin, and eliminate all the really, really bad stuff in most products by turning my daily regimen over to Absolutely Natural!”

There, that was easy and it is even easier to get into a routine with AN.
