Feed your skin, DIY face mask!
Does your skin need some recovering from the weekend? Here is a fun DIY face mask that contains only two ingredients, AVOCADOS and CHIA SEEDS! Avocados are rich in Vitamin E, they regenerate skin cells and jump-start collagen production to diminish the appearance of fine lines. Chia seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids that soothe inflammation. This mask is so incredibly rich, you'll want to make it apart of your weekly regimen! (Along with your favorite AN products!)
Here is the recipe:
Step 1: Mash 1/2 of an avocado in a bowl
Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of ground chia seeds to avocado, mix well.
Step 3: Apply mixture to face and neck, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Gently wash off with water.
Get in the kitchen and play with your food, it's fun!
