The Power of Vitamin C Ester

Riddle of the day.

When is 2 greater than 10?

Answer: When you’re comparing our Vitamin C in our fabulous new eye serum with ordinary Vitamin C / Eye Serum formulas.

We get asked what percentage of Vitamin C is in our eye serum. We purposely don’t put it on the label because the big cosmetic companies have convinced everyone that you need 5% or 10% Vitamin C for your product to be effective. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

Absolutely Natural has 2% Vitamin C among the other fantastic ingredients that has made this product a favorite at some of our spas and now being introduced for retail with AN.  But it is the type of Vitamin C that makes it so unique and effective. Most companies use Vitamin C blended in a liquid and are allowed by law to put on their labels what percentage that blend is. I think that is deceptive.

At Absolutely Natural we use a very special Vitamin C called AA2G (Ascorbic Acid 2-Glucoside). This AA2G is stabilized with glucose and that has tremendous benefits for our clients. Regular Vitamin C products degrade when they attach to the C2 hydroxyl group which is the primary site of Vitamin C’s beneficial activity. Our product gradually releases the Vitamin C providing benefits for hours, not minutes.

Our eye serum can also promote the synthesis of collagen therefore increasing the suppleness of the skin. Studies also prove that continued use of our eye serum can prevent pigmentation of the eye by suppressing melanin synthesis and can even reduce the pre-existing melanin resulting in lightening and evening the skin tone.

In addition to the Vitamin C, the Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in our formula is a special ingredient that will help keep your eyes young looking. HA helps to deliver vital nutrients while removing toxins from skin. Replenishing HA also helps to fill in the appearance of wrinkles and add firmness to the skin. As we age, the amount of HA decreases in our bodies and lack of this vital component leads to swelling, loss of elasticity and moisture in our skin. Hyaluronic acid will also help with eye puffiness resulting from fat that migrates to the lower lid due to weakening of supporting muscles.

Dark Circles under the eyes are another concern for those who want to achieve youthful, bright eyes. Many believe that dark circles under the eyes are caused by skin over pigmentation, when in fact, this is a myth. As we age, the skin under our eyes becomes thinner, causing blood vessels to become more noticeable. This gives the skin under the eyes a dark appearance.

Products that thicken the skin are the best to help prevent this condition. The special blend of ingredients in his luxurious eye serum will aid in strengthening the blood vessel walls and reduce the appearance of dark circles.

I urge you to give the eye serum one month and see your results. I know you will be very happy with what is staring back at you in the mirror.

Best regards,

Charley
